Senior Human Resource Officer Job

We are seeking a Senior Human Resource Officer to join our team in Nairobi.
This is a standalone HR role responsible for managing the full HR function in a growing SME, including:
- End-to-end recruitment & onboarding
- HR operations & employee records management
- Performance management & KPI support
- Employee relations & conflict resolution
- HR compliance (Kenyan labour laws: PAYE, NSSF, SHIF, etc.)
- HR policies, training & HR strategy support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8 years’ HR experience (including 2–3 years in a senior/standalone role)
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws
- Experience in SME or fast-paced environments
- CHRP or Higher Diploma in IHRM is an added advantage
We are looking for someone hands-on, proactive, and execution-driven.
