Duties and Responsibilities
- Driving official vehicles to ensure safe and timely transportation of staff and Hon. Members.
- Ensuring the security and maintenance of assigned vehicles.
- Keeping accurate mileage, fuel and maintenance records.
- Reporting vehicle defects and coordinating repairs.
- Ensuring compliance with traffic laws and organizational transport policies.
- Maintenance of work ticket for vehicle assigned.
- Carrying out routine checks on the vehicles cooling, oil, electrical, brake systems tyre pressure etc.
- Supervising junior drivers when assigned.
- Performing any other transport-related duties as directed.
