Requirements
- Served in the grade of First Clerk Assistant or in comparable position for a minimum period of three [3] yeas: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Law, Communication, Business Administration. Education, Commerce or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution:
- Certificate in computer application skills; and M Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
