Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in a security-related course (Security Management, Criminology, Disaster
- Management or equivalent qualification).
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in security supervision or a similar role.
- Valid Motorbike Riding Licence (mandatory).
- No criminal record
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate Security Officers at assigned sites.
- Conduct regular site visits and patrols to ensure proper Security Officers deployment as per schedule.
- Handle incident reporting and conduct preliminary investigations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and client requirements.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and security incidents.
- Maintain discipline and enforce company standards across all assignments.
- Induct, train, and mentor Security Officers at their assigned sites.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational reports to management.
