Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Utawala, Nairobi. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and conducting market research. Additional tasks include creating sales reports, providing customer support, and collaborating with other team members to develop effective sales strategies.This is commission based job.
Qualifications
- Lead generation and sales target achievement skills
- Strong communication and client relationship building skills
- Experience in market research and sales report creation
- Customer support and team collaboration skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently and strive in a competitive sales environment
- Previous sales experience in the financial services industry is an advantage
