Job Summary:
- We are pleased to announce an opportunity for the position of Sales Supervisor – Nairobi Region.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in leading a team of medical sales representatives in promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and medical facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor a team of medical sales representatives.
- Set performance goals and monitor their performance.
- Monitor team performance, providing feedback and coaching.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and market share objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Assist customers in solving complaints or problems.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Train sales representatives on products.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Ensure timely submission of required reports.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales. Minimum 3 years.
- Supervisory/leadership experience in sales is preferred.
- Experience in urology is an added advantage.
