Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in executing strategies to drive sales performance on the e-commerce platform.
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of promotional campaigns across digital channels.
- Provide assistance in researching customer shopping trends to inform assortment selection and identify product gaps
- Ensure high standards of customer service by promptly addressing and resolving customer issues and comments via online channels.
- Collaborate closely with the demand planning and warehousing teams to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment.
- Provide backup support by manning the showroom and handling the main switchboard as needed.
- Prepare detailed reports such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through rates, and offer code performance.
- Support data collection and management to ensure accurate reporting for strategic decision-making.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by Management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Particularly Excel and word.
- Relevant experience in digital Communication and Marketing.
- Should be up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online sales and marketing.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms will be an added advantage.
