  • Manage all large and strategically important clients, ensuring enhanced client satisfaction.
  • Responsible for sales and strategy implementation in the African region (Including support to the license partner in Kenya)
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets and establish strategic relations with key decision makers
  • Meet potential clients to promote the business through understanding their business needs and aspirations.
  • Provide support to Head of Department in setting up of the Short & Long term plans, forecasting, pricing, discounts, schemes for the overall functioning of the Department in line with the organizational mission and vision.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance client experience, by simplifying and streamlining all internal end to end client management and operation processes.
  • Liaise with Commercial / Technical Contractors and promote the products and ensure their agreement / approval.

  • A relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in Sales and Business Development within the Paint or Construction industries
  • Travel as applicable within the African region to attend various seminars, and events and Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors
  • Able to cope up with stress as working under deadlines.
  • Active “hands-on” sales approach with high level of energy
  • Highly motivated and results orientated person, perseverant, able to work with limited daily supervision.
