About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join its team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. This role requires individuals who are proactive, highly motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and field-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Promote and market the company’s products and services to clients.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
- Participate in field visits, client meetings, and promotional activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 -2 years’ proven sales experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
- Flexible and willing to undertake active fieldwork and mobility-related tasks.
- Good problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
