Sales Director – BPO & Call Centre Services Job

Are you a results-driven sales leader with a passion for business growth and client acquisition? Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead the commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand presence in both local and international markets.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strategic client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across our BPO and contact centre service portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s sales and business growth strategy.
- Drive revenue generation and achieve commercial targets across local and international markets.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead contract negotiations, proposals, tenders, and RFP submissions.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Establish and monitor sales KPIs, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to ensure successful service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client engagements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within BPO, contact centre, outsourcing, or business services environments.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing high-value local and international client accounts.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and contract management skills.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting, pricing, and profitability management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally when required.
