Successful candidates will receive structured training, coaching, and mentorship while gaining hands-on experience in customer acquisition, relationship management, business development, and financial services sales.
Responsibilities
- Acquiring new customers within assigned markets.
- Promote and sell the Bank’s products and services.
- Drive account opening, deposit mobilization, and loan acquisition.
- Conduct field sales activities, activations, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and business growth targets.
- Gather market intelligence and identify business opportunities.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to two (2) years’ experience are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in banking, microfinance, Insurance or direct sales will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, resilient, and passionate about sales.
- Willingness to work within assigned markets.
