Our client, a chain of restaurants operating in Nairobi, is seeking to recruit a proactive and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to support daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and the ability to manage staff, maintain service quality, and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise restaurant staff and ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain excellent customer service and handle guest feedback.
- Monitor stock, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily reporting and operations.
- Train and motivate staff to achieve performance and service goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy restaurant or hotel setup.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and commitment to team success.
