Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff during shifts
- Ensure guests receive exceptional service
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards
- Support management in stock control and daily reporting
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in a restaurant.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
