Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring world-class service standards
- Lead, coach, and mentor restaurant staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to implement menu changes, promotions, and service initiatives
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations
- Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly, ensuring a positive resolution

Candidate Profile
- Diploma in Hotel Management or a related hospitality degree
- Aged between 30–40 years
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role at a 4- or 5-star resort
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High integrity, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service
