Summary:

Our client is seeking to recruit highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisors to join their dynamic team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and Motivate Staff:

• Lead, train, and develop a team of servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses to ensure excellent customer service and efficient service delivery.
• Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Customer Service:

• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns, resolving issues promptly, and providing feedback to staff.
• Monitor service quality, ensuring consistency and excellence in food and beverage delivery.

Operational Efficiency:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage inventory, track sales, and monitor labor costs to optimize profitability.

Sales Growth:

• Promote menu items, specials, and promotions to drive sales and increase revenue.
• Build relationships with regular customers to enhance loyalty and retention.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant supervision or management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
