The company is looking for self-motivated and experienced personnel to fill the following position. The appointment will be on a two (2) year contract based on performance. Successful candidates will be subject to a three (3)-month probation period before confirmation.
ARC HOTEL
Restaurant Manager (1 Post) EUICO/MD/2026/0601
Applicants MUST have the following academic/professional qualifications:
- Must possess a degree in Hospitality Management from a recognized institution. A qualification in Culinary Arts will be an added advantage.
- Must be computer literate with knowledge of POS system management.
- Must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a busy hotel environment.
Key Competencies
- Highly competent Restaurant Manager with strong leadership, customer service, staff supervision, inventory management, budgeting and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in maintaining high food hygiene standards, managing restaurant operations efficiently, improving customer satisfaction and leading the team to achieve organizational goals.
