Recent graduate or completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Solar Technology, or related field. Basic understanding of solar PV systems, batteries, and energy storage technologies.
Interest in solar research, testing, training and product development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of tools like AutoCAD, PVsyst, or MATLAB is an added advantage.
Strong analytical, documentation, and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and participate in hands-on field work, product testing, and data analysis.
Good communication and reporting abilities.
