Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Front Office Operations, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a corporate receptionist, front office, or administrative support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone etiquette.
- Strong customer service and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office systems.
- Ability to manage calls, schedules, visitors, and front office operations efficiently.
