Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk and guest reception operations
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner
- Handle inquiries, bookings, and guest communication
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, and management
- Manage calls, emails, records, and front office documentation
- Prepare basic front desk reports and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality, Customer Service, Business, or related field (minimum requirement)
- At least 2 years’ experience in reception or front desk operations within a multi-department environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and strong customer service orientation
- Basic computer and record management skills
