Receptionist Job Bliss Resort Nyali, Kenya
Bliss Resort is looking for a professional, friendly and service-driven Receptionist to join our Front Office team in Nyali, Mombasa.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality, Front Office Operations or related field
- Previous hotel/front-office experience preferred
- Familiarity with Opera PMS
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, well-organized and attentive to detail
- Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
The successful candidate will handle guest check-ins/check-outs, reservations, inquiries and support the delivery of a seamless guest experience.
Location: Bliss Resort, Nyali – Mombasa
