Quantity Surveyor managing measurement, valuation, cost planning, and final accounts, requiring a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying with professional registration and relevant experience in construction contracts, in a construction environment, on-site role.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or a relevant field.
- Relevant professional experience in construction/quantity surveying.
- Professional registration/membership with the relevant professional body.
- Strong knowledge of measurement, valuation, cost planning, budgeting, variations, payment certification and final accounts.
- Experience in construction contracts, subcontractor management and commercial administration.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and reporting skills.
- Candidates with experience in large-scale building and civil construction projects will have an added advantage.
