Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in a Health Sciences-Related Discipline (Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Medicine & Surgery, Pharmacy, etc.)
- Bachelor’s Degree in the same or related area (required)
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience in academic quality assurance and coordination
- Additional training or certification in Quality Management (ISO/QMS) is an added advantage
- Demonstrated experience in internal auditing, institutional reporting, and quality benchmarking
Core Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills
- In-depth understanding of higher education quality standards
- High levels of integrity, initiative, and professional accountability
