Our client, a reputable and growing Company in the real estate sector, is urgently seeking to recruit experienced and highly motivated Property Valuers to be based in Nairobi and Nyeri.
Position: Property Valuer
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property inspections and valuations for residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.
- Prepare accurate and professional valuation reports.
- Carry out market research and property analysis.
- Collect and analyze comparable market data.
- Ensure compliance with valuation standards and industry regulations.
- Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders as required.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of valuation assignments.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Land Economics, Valuation, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in property valuation.
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Membership with a relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
