Project Coordinator NGO Job DMI Centre

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee implementation of work-plans and ensure alignment with project timelines, budgets, and donor expectations.
- Coordinate implementation of project activities across supported sites and provide direct technical support to site teams.
- Actively engage with project sites to receive and process supply orders, ensure timely restocking, and monitor usage.
- Proactively coordinate with project distributors to ensure timely and well-planned distribution of supplies to sites, avoiding unnecessary repeat trips and promoting cost-efficiency.
- Conduct regular phone/email follow-up with sites to ensure progress of activities, resolve emerging issues, and track indicators.
- Sensitize site leadership and relevant departments on CDiC objectives, implementation processes, and reporting requirements.
- Develop and disseminate project SOPs to guide, among others, supply requests, enrollment and support of project beneficiaries, and data reporting.
- Prepare and submit timely site-level updates, reports, and relevant documentation to stakeholders as necessary.
- Support site support supervision visits and follow up on action points and recommendations.
- Facilitate project-related meetings and maintain clear documentation (minutes, attendance, follow-ups).
- Work closely with the project data clerk, the DMI M&E officer and partners in digital health to ensure accurate data capture, reporting and use.
- Coordinate periodic data quality audits and service quality assessments across CDiC sites, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards, and support implementation of corrective actions to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in a health-related field
- Minimum five years experience providing technical assistance in health and development projects
- Experience providing technical assistance in health and development projects
- Experience working with NCD programmes is a must
- Demonstrated experience in multiple stakeholder engagement and management
