Oncology Registered Clinical Officer Job Maua Methodist Hospital Meru, Kenya

strengthen our team, we are seeking to hire for a Registered Clinical Officer.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery
- Valid, up-to-date registration and license with the Clinical Officers Council (COC)
- Higher Diploma in Oncology, Clinical Oncology, or Palliative Care
- Minimuim of 3 years of clinical experience preferred; oncology or internal medicine
- experience a plus
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS a plus
- Strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and empathetic patient communication
- Must demonstrate ability to handle multiple and conflicting priorities, and work
- under strict deadlines.
- Must be able to function effectively both as a team player and a team leader
- Must be a flexible person, who is willing to learn and able to work flexible hours to
- achieve goals
- Must have a strategic leadership skill with ability to build strategic relationships.
- Should have high level of problem solving skills and decision making abilities.
- Must demonstrate high degree of honesty and integrity in personal conduct and
- handling of job responsibilities
- Should be result oriented with ability to deliver desired outcome.
