  • Develop the investment pipeline aligned to portfolio priorities and support the resource mobilisation strategy, building partnerships with donors, international financial institutions, foundations, climate funds and the private sector.
  • Act as secondary liaison between the RCO, the MPTF Office, PUNOs and development partners, and manage Fund agreements, disbursements and compliance with the Administrative Agent’s procedures.

  • Consolidate PUNO and partner reporting into high-quality reports for the Board, Government, donors and the MPTF Office at portfolio and Fund level.
  • Produce lessons learned, case studies and good practice from portfolios and Fund-supported programmes, and promote innovation in integrated programming, financing and partnerships.
