Supervise daily winery and distillery production operations.
Manage production staff and ensure achievement of production targets.
Monitor production processes from raw material handling to bottling
Ensure machinery maintenance, calibration, and cleanliness schedules are adhered to.
Maintain accurate production records and prepare required reports
Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Coordinate staff training
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000, Kaizen, and other company standards

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Degree in Food Science or related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a beverage
manufacturing or food processing environment
