Production Managers Job D&R Studios

Responsible for supporting film projects, developing creative content, assisting with filming and production activities, preparing communication materials, managing digital content, coordinating production teams, and supporting storytelling projects. Requires a relevant qualification in Film, Media, Communication, Journalism, or a related field. The position is based in Nairobi and requires on-site work.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee all aspects of production from pre-production to delivery.
• Manage crews, budgets, schedules, permits and logistics.
• Coordinate with clients, directors, vendors and internal teams.
• Identify and solve challenges quickly, keeping productions on track.
• Ensure a safe, efficient and positive working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven production management experience in film, TV, documentary or branded content.
• Strong organisational and logistical skills.
• Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure.
• Great communication and leadership skills.
• A solutions-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
• A passion for creating impactful stories.
