Areas of Responsibility
- Develop business plans and market strategies for products within the assigned portfolio.
- Create brand plans, brand strategies, and conduct competitor analysis for brands and therapy areas.
- Plan and ensure timely delivery of promotional inputs.
- Drive execution excellence on KPIs.
- Organize and conduct meetings, product launches, CMEs, and conferences.
- Manage product forecasting, new product pipeline strategy, pre-launch and launch activities, and post-launch growth initiatives.
- Ensure marketing strategy implementation through effective sales force engagement.
- Gather market intelligence through primary research and customer interactions.
- Provide training and product knowledge to the field sales team, ensuring they are equipped with scientific and communication skills.
Job Scope
- Internal Interactions: Collaborate across functions and hierarchy within the organization.
- External Interactions: Engage with customers, vendors, agencies, societies/associations, and other key stakeholders for marketing activities.
Job Requirements
- Educational Qualification: BSc/B Pharma and MBA (Marketing).
- Certifications: Advanced Excel skills (preferred).
Skills:
- Marketing and selling expertise
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving
- Strong communication skills
- Language: Fluency in reading and writing English.
- Experience: 5–7 years of experience in Brand Management.
