Qualifications

• A local resident of Kenya, available for full-time work in Nairobi
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical course or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or related fields.
• More than 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, with experience in consumer electronics / mobile imaging products preferred.

Core background requirements (meeting one of them is sufficient):

• Professional photographer background, proficient in portrait photography and post-production retouching, familiar with skin tone adjustment and light and shadow control for dark-skinned portraits, with local commercial photography/street photography experience preferred;
• With a background as a beauty influencer / beauty blogger, deeply involved in the beauty market in Kenya, proficient in portrait aesthetics and skin tone management, and familiar with beauty content creation and social media operations;
• Has profound insights into portrait aesthetics, understands the color preferences and portrait style needs of local users in Kenya, and can accurately identify the pain points of local users;
• Familiar with the operating rules, content ecosystem, and user habits of mainstream social media platforms in Kenya (such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Skills Required

• Has strong user thinking and market insight, can extract product requirements from user feedback, and output implementable solutions;
• Excellent cross-team collaboration and project promotion capabilities, able to efficiently coordinate multiple teams such as algorithm, R&D, and marketing to advance projects;
• Result-oriented, with strong stress resistance, able to adapt to the fast-paced product iteration and market competition environment;
• Passionate about the mobile imaging industry, continuously monitors industry technology trends and competing product dynamics.
