Role Purpose
Seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Procurement & Logistics Asistant to support our construction projects, ensuring the effi- cient sourcing, movement, and availability of materials, equipment, and services.
Procurement Support
- Sourcing & Purchasing
- Supplier Negotiations
- Purchase Orders & Documentation
Logistics & Inventory Management
- Coordination & Deliveries
- Stock Monitoring
- Material Handling & Storage
Reporting & Administration
Reports & Audits
Supplier & Site Coordination
- Liaising with Suppliers & Site Teams
- Scheduling & Compliance
- Inventory Tracking
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain or Logistics
- 1-3 Years’ Experience in Construction Sector
- KISM / CIPS Membership
- Strong Organizational & Negotiation Skills
- High Attention to Detail & MS Office Proficient Team-oriented, Honest, Reliable & Proactive
