Principal Customer Experience Officer – Digital & Creative Services Job HELB Nairobi, Kenya

Key Responsibilities
The officer will lead HELB’s digital and creative communication activities, including
- Developing artistic and creative concepts.
- Designing corporate branding materials.
- Coordinating institutional events.
- Managing creative and editorial projects.
- Monitoring productivity of creative activities.
- Developing and reviewing work schedules.
- Ensuring consistency of HELB’s brand across communication materials.
