The Role
Podcasts are how we amplify voices and ideas. As a Podcast Editor, you’ll polish raw audio into powerful episodes that educate, inspire, and resonate with listeners. The Podcast Editor will be responsible for transforming raw audio into polished, engaging podcast episodes that align with Ripple’s storytelling style.
You’ll work closely with our podcast and creative team to craft episodes that feel intentional, immersive, and culturally relevant.

You Will…
- Edit audio recordings into clear, engaging episodes.
- Balance pacing, clarity, and storytelling flow.
- Collaborate with the our storytellers on creative direction.
- Edit and mix podcast episodes with a clean, professional sound.
- Improve sound quality, remove background noise, filler words, errors, and long pauses.
- Add intro/outro, music, transitions, and sound effects that enhance storytelling.
- Produce short audio/visual snippets for social media (optional but valuable).
- Ensure timely delivery of finalised episodes.
- Maintain Ripple’s audio identity and sonic brand.
