Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the shop
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right products
• Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media
• Close sales and process customer orders
• Post product videos on TikTok from the shop regularly
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Update management on customer preferences and sales opportunities
• Make proforma invoices and quotation.
• Keep the files and customer records to the best.
• Keep proper record of stocks.(Know the stock you have at the outlets and the most moving goods)

Minimum Qualifications

• Certificate in Sales & Marketing or a related field
• Computer knowledge is must more so excel.
• Supply and chain knowledge is added advantage.
• Knowledge of plumbing and irrigation fittings is added advantage.
• Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage
• Confident communication and customer-handling skills
• Compensation & Growth
• Monthly stipend: KSh 13,000
• Job work is Monday to Saturday.
• Salary review based on performance
