We’re seeking a passionate Photographer/Videographer who thrives in dynamic environments, brings ideas to life through stunning visuals, and knows how to tell compelling stories through content. From shooting luxury property tours and podcast setups to creating viral reels and long-form YouTube content, you’ll play a central role in shaping how Gerryville Homes shows up across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content for:
- Property tours and walk-throughs
- Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
- Long-form YouTube videos
- Podcasts and interviews
- Client testimonials
- Behind-the-scenes and event coverage
- Create platform-optimized content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Facebook
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to brainstorm, storyboard, and plan new content ideas
- Set up and manage video lighting, camera angles, and audio—especially for podcast production
- Handle all post-production: editing, sound mixing, color correction/grading, motion graphics, and transitions
- Maintain and organize camera, audio, lighting, and other media equipment
- Stay on top of current content trends in real estate, social media, and video production
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Photographer and Videographer (portfolio or demo reel required)
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop
- Experience with podcast video production is a strong plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver under tight deadlines
- Strong creative direction and storytelling instincts
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmen
