A Photographer/Videographer and Editor captures high-energy visual content, creates engaging marketing materials, and edits photo/video content for social media and promotions. This role requires expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, operating photography/lighting gear, managing digital archives, and producing high-quality, on-brand content for match day, entertainment, or special events under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Production:Â Capture high-quality photos and video footage of events, crowds, and performers.
- Editing:Â Edit, color-grade, and polish photo/video content for social media, website, and promotional materials.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging visual stories that align with the brand’s image.
- Equipment Management:Â Setup, maintain, and operate cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
- Content Management:Â Organize, archive, and manage all photo and video assets.
- Social Media:Â Generate quick-turnaround content for Instagram Stories, Reels, and TikTok.Â
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience:Â Proven experience in photography and videography, preferably within a football club, hospitality, or event-driven environment.
- Software Proficiency:Â Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
- Technical Skills:Â Strong understanding of composition, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
- Creativity:Â A keen eye for visual storytelling and a creative approach to capturing content.
- Adaptability:Â Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, often during weekends.
- Portfolio:Â A strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing relevant photography and videography work.Â
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.Â
