Personal Assistant Job (40K)

Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages, or highlighting them for their MD’s attention.
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, controlling access to the MD.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
- Organising events and conferences.
- Reminding the MD of important tasks and deadlines.
- Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
- Collating and filing expenses.
- Managing social media pages for the MD.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Social media management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
