Job Summary:
To design, lead, implement, monitor and evaluate patient safety and quality improvements initiatives across the health facility to improve clinical outcomes, strengthen compliance with national and international standards, and foster a culture of safety and excellence in patient care.
Academic & Professional Qualification:
- BSc Nursing or Higher Diploma in Nursing (Critical care, Perioperative or similar).
- Minimum of 3 years experience especially in a healthcare.
- Working knowledge of clinical protocols, pathways and patient management.
- Process and systems improvement and auditing.
