Role Summary
We’re looking for someone who can connect people, ideas, and brands; turning collaborations into real impact. You’ll manage creator relationships, lead brand partnerships, and elevate our founders’ presence as thought leaders and creators in their own right.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage creators aligned with the Chumz mission.
- Develop and launch creator-led campaigns that drive visibility and engagement.
- Build and maintain strategic brand partnerships for co-marketing.
- Capture and package content from founders at events and panels.
- Manage LinkedIn visibility and posting cadence for Moneto’s leadership team.
- Track partnership performance, ROI, and creator impact reports.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Love people, culture, and storytelling.
- Have managed creators, campaigns, or communities before.
- Are comfortable drafting briefs, negotiating deliverables, and tracking results.
- Have a sharp eye for authentic voices and meaningful content.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with social analytics tools or campaign reporting.
- Event coordination or PR experience.
- Familiarity with personal branding and executive content management.
