Outbound Clerk M/F Job AGL
Logistics Jobs, AGL Jobs. Responsible for coordinating outbound shipments, preparing dispatch documents, verifying cargo details, updating shipment records, and ensuring goods are released and delivered according to schedule. Requires a diploma or certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Clearing and Forwarding, or a related field
Key Responsibilities
- Perform physical count of stocks and verifies the quantities and batches against the delivery note/dispatch note.
- Notifies the supervisor in case of any variances in the order and ensures only the requested quantities are dispatched.
- Physical checking of non-conforming stocks; and initiates exchange of damaged/expired goods.
- Advises the supervisor on completion of checked stocks before loading.
- Ensures orders are loaded in full and supervises loading of stocks as per order plan/Outbound SOP (allocated truck and driver details.)
- Signing documents.
- Any other duty as may be assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
Qualifications
- Certificate/Diploma in supply chain
- 3 yearS experience in warehouse operations
