Warehouse Supervisor Job Kilimall

Responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, coordinating receiving, storage, picking and dispatch activities, managing inventory and stock counts, supervising warehouse staff, ensuring order accuracy, monitoring warehouse safety and security, resolving operational issues, and preparing performance reports. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. The position is based in Nairobi and requires on-site work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse operations in line with company policies, objectives, and vision.
• Oversee receiving, storage, distribution, and maintenance of goods and warehouse facilities.
• Develop and enforce efficient warehouse policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and motivate warehouse employees.
• Manage inventory, stock control, system reconciliation, and future warehouse capacity requirements.
• Prepare regular warehouse reports and performance statistics.
• Set performance expectations and conduct regular employee performance reviews.
• Promote a safe, positive, and productive working environment.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and proper condition of goods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, supply chain management or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3–4 years’ experience in warehouse/fulfillment operations.
• Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role preferred.
• Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
