Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, compliance, and performance.
- Lead, supervise, and develop operational teams to achieve operational targets and service standards.
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to optimize productivity and customer experience.
- Ensure operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Analyze operational data and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior management to support business growth and expansion initiatives.
- Establish and maintain operational processes that support scalability and efficiency.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the gambling/betting industry in Kenya.
- Proven experience managing operations and/or teams.
- Strong understanding of the Kenyan betting market landscape and regulatory environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and business performance.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
