Gameday Enterprise Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and oversee our day-to-day operations in Kenya. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, managing teams, and driving performance while supporting the company’s growth in the Kenyan betting market.
This role requires a strong leader with deep knowledge of the local gambling and betting industry, excellent operational management skills, and the ability to translate strategy into effective execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, compliance, and performance.
- Lead, supervise, and develop operational teams to achieve operational targets and service standards.
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements to optimize productivity and customer experience.
- Ensure operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Analyze operational data and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior management to support business growth and expansion initiatives.
- Establish and maintain operational processes that support scalability and efficiency.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the gambling/betting industry in Kenya.
- Proven experience managing operations and/or teams.
- Strong understanding of the Kenyan betting market landscape and regulatory environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and business performance.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
