Operations Manager Job Diani Beach Hospital
Qualifications
Applicants must possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Operations Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- A Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or a related field will be an added advantage.
- At least five (5) years’ progressive management experience, with a minimum of three (3) years in hospital or healthcare operations management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, quality management systems and performance improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and sound decision-making ability.
