Operations Associate Job AMI

AMI is seeking a highly organised, reliable and execution-oriented Operations Associate to support the Managing Director of AMI Enterprise on a part-time basis.
This role provides hands-on coordination and execution support to ensure priorities are clearly tracked, decisions are followed through, and cross-functional actions are delivered on time. It is well suited to a mid-level professional who thrives on structure, accountability, and working closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
This is not a strategic leadership role; it is an execution-critical support role that enables leadership decisions to translate into action.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Project Coordination
- Track all projects, initiatives and outcomes involving the Managing Director using Zoho, Monday.com, and other required tools
- Monitor progress against commitments and proactively flag risks or delays
- Maintain clear visibility of priorities and timelines
Meetings & Follow-Up
- Attend selected meetings to take clear, accurate notes and capture decisions and action items
- Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed as agreed
Communication & Execution Support
- Draft and send emails and Slack messages on behalf of the Managing Director
- Make follow-up calls where necessary to drive completion of tasks
- Support alignment and accountability across teams
Performance & Data Support
- Assist team members with performance data capture
- Support basic data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making
Requirements
- Prior experience in operations, coordination, or executive support roles
- Strong technical competence in digital productivity tools; comfort using AI tools is an advantage
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Highly reliable and self-directed, able to work independently without close supervision
- Comfortable handling complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationship-building skills, sound professional judgment, and confidence supporting senior leadership
- Proactive, structured, and solutions-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through
- Ability to create, maintain, and improve simple systems and processes to support effective execution
- Familiarity with Zoho, Monday.com, or similar tools
- Data analysis skills and the ability to support or train others in basic reporting
