Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Operational Manager to oversee day-to-day operations related to medical data projects, healthcare events, and partnerships. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare operations and project coordination, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Coordination
- Plan and manage medical data collection activities, medical camps, and professional conferences.
- Coordinate logistics, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth implementation.
- Monitor project budgets and operational performance indicators.
Team and Task Management
- Supervise and support field and administrative teams executing assigned tasks.
- Ensure timely completion of assignments and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain efficient internal communication and accountability.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain professional relationships with hospital and clinic managers, doctors, and healthcare workers.
- Represent the company in meetings with public authorities, healthcare regulators, and partners.
- Communicate clearly and diplomatically with all stakeholders.
Strategic and Analytical Support
- Develop and execute detailed business and operational plans in alignment with management goals.
- Collect, interpret, and analyze healthcare and market information to support decision-making.
- Prepare concise operational and performance reports.
Technology and Reporting
- Work confidently with modern office and project management tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and reporting of operational activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, project management, or event coordination.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with healthcare professionals and public officials.
- Excellent written and spoken English (Swahili an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and other digital productivity tools.
- Experience preparing budgets, plans, and reports.
