Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Primary & Secondary Sales
  • Handle a Sales Team of 10-15
  • Computer Literate
  • Data Analytical Knowledge to drive Sales
  • 100% Market Driven Endurance Working
  • Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
  • Implement trade marketing initiatives and promotions
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Ensure timely collections and credit control
  • Lead, train, and motivate field sales representatives (if any)

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 Years with the required Responsibility
  • Strong distribution management and route planning skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyse market performance
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel
