The Nutrition and Dietetics Technologist III provides nutritional assessment, counseling, and support services aimed at improving patient health outcomes and community nutrition status.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducting nutritional assessments for patients and special population groups
• Providing dietary counseling and nutrition education based on clinical needs
• Supporting therapeutic feeding programs and nutrition interventions
• Collecting and reporting nutrition-related data for planning and monitoring purposes

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma in community nutrition, clinical nutrition or nutrition and dietetics from a recognized institution
• Registration by the council of institute of nutritionists and dieticians
• Certificate in computer application skills from a recognized institution
• Satisfy the requirement of chapter six of the constitution of kenya
