Municipal Manager Job Kisumu CPSB

Administration Jobs, Kisumu CPSB Jobs. Responsible for overseeing municipal administration, implementing decisions of the Municipal Board, preparing and managing municipal budgets, coordinating service delivery, administering municipal utilities and property, managing staff, and preparing reports on municipal activities. Requires a relevant Bachelor’s degree in Urban Management, Public Administration, Business Management, or a related field. The position is based in Kisumu and requires on-site work.

Qualifications

For appointment to this position a candidate must:

• Be a citizen of Kenya;
• Have served and proven experience in administration or management either in Public or private sector for a minimum period of three (3) years;
• Hold a Bachelors Degree from a University recognized in Kenya;
• Hold a post graduate qualification in Public Administration, Management, Economics, Urban Planning/Development, Sociology or its equivalent qualification;
• Be a member of a relevant professional association or body and in good standing;
• Be in possession of Leadership Course lasting not less than six (6) weeks or its equivalent from a recognized institution;
• Demonstrate managerial, leadership and professional competence in work performance and results; and
• Satisfy the requirements of Chapter (6) of the Constitution of Kenya
