Our Client, a leading Safaricom Dealer is seeking 20 dedicated and results-driven Mpesa Shop Attendants to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring smooth operations of the shop, and driving sales growth in line with Company targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Mpesa transactions and other shop services efficiently and accurately.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Promote products and services to meet sales and marketing targets.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial controls.
• Maintain accurate daily records of cash, transactions, and reconciliations.
• Keep the shop presentable, clean, and welcoming to customers.
• Report any operational or customer issues to management in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a pleasant and approachable personality.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve set targets.
• Sound financial acumen and strong numerical skills.
• High level of integrity, honesty, and reliability.
• Presentable, proactive, and self-driven.
• Must be available immediately.
• Salary Range: Ksh. 20,000 – 22,000 (with attractive incentives).
• Location: M-Pesa Shops located inside Quickmart Supermarkets: Joska, Ruai, Buruburu, Rongai Embakasi, Kahawa and other Quickmart Supermarket locations.
