Overall Duties

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused sales-oriented person. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to engage with customers to drive sales. Engage directly with customers in-store, providing product information and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

  • Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed product information and recommendations.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and product displays.
  • Handle transactions and manage POS systems.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.

Skills

  • Previous retail or sales experience is required, at least 2-3years.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented with a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
  • Professional skills in sales e.g.-upselling and cross selling.
  • Exposure to merchandising and display management

Certificate, Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Desired Characteristics

  • 2-3 years of retail sales experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in English and basic administrative skills
